With One Year Left on His LOSC Contract, 18-Year-Old Central Defender Leny Yoro Is Close to Signing with Real Madrid.

Is the Leny Yoro saga coming to an end? The LOSC defender appears to be on the verge of joining Real Madrid this summer. According to The Athletic, negotiations between the Spanish club and Lille are progressing positively. A deal could soon be reached, with a transfer estimated at €40 million, including various bonuses.

Lille is reportedly ready to agree on the financial terms, and Leny Yoro already has an agreement in place with Real Madrid. The young defender will thus bolster Real Madrid’s defense alongside Antonio Rüdiger and Eder Militao, following Nacho’s departure and David Alaba’s prolonged absence due to a severe knee injury.

It seems PSG has lost the race, despite the club’s best efforts to persuade the defender to join the capital.
