Meanwhile, L’Équipe specifies that the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) has nearly finalized the date for the Trophée des Champions 2024. However, the LFP is awaiting confirmation from Paris Saint-Germain regarding their summer preparations before determining the venue.
“The Trophée des Champions 2024 is expected to take place, barring any changes, on the weekend of August 10-11 or Friday, August 9, approximately one week before the start of the Ligue 1 season. The venue is not yet known, as the Ligue de Football Professionnel is waiting to see where PSG, the likely future champions of France, will conduct their summer tour,” notes L’Equipe.
