Kylian Mbappé is expected to join Real Madrid next summer. Aurélien Tchouaméni and Carlo Ancelotti have commented on the rumors.

In June, striker Kylian Mbappé will see his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expire. It seems unlikely that he will extend his contract, and it is already widely speculated that he will join Real Madrid in the near future.

However, no one from the Madrid club is stepping forward to confirm this potential arrival. Except for midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni and coach Carlo Ancelotti, who seem to already be in the know…

“When did he announce his departure from PSG? I didn’t know. I was taking a nap, I woke up, boom, Twitter. Now I know, but I don’t know where he’s going. Real Madrid? I can ask the president to come talk to you, we’ll see what he has to say, but we don’t have any info. If he comes, good for us I guess, if he goes elsewhere, that’ll be his choice,” said Aurélien Tchouaméni.

Carlo Ancelotti was more mysterious. “I wish him good luck for the future. At Madrid? I don’t know, I can’t talk about that,” the Italian tactician tersely replied on Canal+ following a draw that meant qualification for the quarter-finals of the Champions League against RB Leipzig (1-1, 1-0 in the first leg) this Wednesday.
