Despite being under contract with AC Milan until June 2028, forward Rafael Leão often finds himself at the center of rumors regarding a potential departure.

In an interview with Corriere della Sera on Monday, the Portuguese international clarified his situation.

Recent speculation suggested that PSG had other priorities for the upcoming summer transfer window. Apparently, that’s not the case.

“My future is at AC Milan. I am here, and I still have a contract for 4 years. Milan helped me when I was in a very difficult situation; they supported me. I don’t forget, I am loyal. I arrived as a young boy, and here I have grown as a man and as a footballer. I want to win again, my focus is here,” emphasized the former Lille player.

At least officially, because behind the scenes, the player’s agents may have discussed with PSG. However, his release clause, which exceeds 100 million euros, would be a major obstacle to his arrival.
