The victim’s testimony, witness statements, and evidence provided by experts have been deemed sufficient to take Dani Alves to court.
The prosecutor now has five days to submit the necessary documents to set the trial date. It appears that Dani Alves will soon have to appear before the court to answer the charges against him.
