Barring any last-minute surprises, Olympique Lyonnais has found its replacement for Laurent Blanc: Fabio Grosso.

After exploring several options for the coaching position (including Potter, Glasner, Gallardo, Galtier, Beye, Gattuso, among others), Lyon is now set to appoint Fabio Grosso.

According to information from journalist Fabrizio Romano, the former Italian international is on the verge of becoming the new head coach of OL.

A complete agreement has been reached as of this Wednesday, with only a few documents remaining to be finalized before the official announcement of Grosso’s arrival. He is currently without a club since leaving Frosinone, where he played a role in their victory in Serie B.
