PSG Not Interested in Paolo Maldini After All?

The rumor of Paolo Maldini being considered by PSG to replace Luis Campos has been denied by multiple sources.

Despite reports from some Italian media claiming that PSG had approached Paolo Maldini, this information has been formally denied by several sources. The Parisian club is said to have complete confidence in Luis Campos, making Maldini’s arrival in the club’s staff unlikely.

Last June, the former Italian football star left his position as technical director at AC Milan, sparking speculation about his future. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, backed by La Stampa and La Repubblica, Maldini had been approached by PSG and offered a position, although the nature of the role was not specified.

However, Ben Jacobs (CBS) asserts that there have been no contacts between the two parties and that no offer had been made. PSG would, therefore, continue to place their trust in Luis Campos, ruling out the possibility of recruiting Paolo Maldini.
