PSG Meets UEFA’s Financial Fair Play Targets for the 2022/2023 Season : Continued Monitoring by UEFA.

PSG has received approval from UEFA, but ongoing monitoring will continue. At the start of the season, the club was sanctioned by UEFA with a €65 million fine, €55 million of which was suspended, for non-compliance with financial fair play regulations. The suspension was conditional upon meeting the targets set in the settlement agreement between PSG and UEFA.

According to UEFA’s announcement, PSG has successfully met these targets for the 2022 fiscal year. However, the initial agreement stipulated monitoring of the club over a three-season period, and UEFA will continue to verify compliance with the settlement agreement in the upcoming season.

This assessment marks the final evaluation of clubs under the previous club licensing and financial fair play regulations from 2018, as the financial fair play framework will evolve in the future.
