Cher Ndour, an 18-year-old midfielder whose contract with Benfica expires this summer, has reportedly already signed with PSG. A potential loan move, previously rumored, is not on the table.

PSG is making a big bet on club players, particularly young talents. Cher Ndour is one of them. According to Le Parisien, the 18-year-old “new Pogba” from Italy has reached an agreement with Paris several days ago and will commit to a five-year contract. It is expected that he will join the squad directly under Luis Enrique, with a delayed return scheduled for Monday, July 17.

The report also clarifies that there are no plans for a loan move, contrary to previous rumors circulating in Italy. Ndour is set to join PSG after the ongoing UEFA European Under-19 Championship.
